Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged >= 18 years. 2. Plan to undergo coronary angiography based on clinical indications. 3. Angiography reveals the presence of myocardial bridge with a systolic compression degree of = 10%. 4. The patient or his/her legal guardian is able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). 2. There are other significant coronary artery stenoses (>50% diameter stenosis) unrelated to myocardial bridge. 3. Life expectancy < 12 months due to non-cardiac comorbidities. 4. Known to have contraindications to coronary angiography or iodinated contrast media. 5. Suffering from confirmed cardiomyopathy (any phenotype) or severe valvular heart disease (echocardiogram showing = moderate stenosis or regurgitation). 6. Presence of second-degree atrioventricular block, symptomatic hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg), or severe bronchial asthma.
