Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 3–9 years in good general health, free from systemic diseases, and with good compliance; 2. Normal tooth structure without developmental abnormalities; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of pulpitis, pulp necrosis, or apical periodontitis; 4. Preoperative radiographic examination showing that the affected tooth is in a stable root stage, with no internal or external root resorption or pulp chamber perforation, and normal development of the underlying successor permanent tooth germ; 5. Informed consent obtained and signed by both the patient and their parent/guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of any contraindication for primary tooth root canal therapy; 2. Allergy to the root canal filling materials used in this study; 3. Poor compliance and inability to cooperate throughout the treatment process.
