Age
30 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Local residents aged 30–69 years with registered household status; 2. No prior history of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 3. An ECOG performance status score ranging from 0 to 2; 4. Willingness of participants to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular, neurological, hepatic, pulmonary, or renal diseases; 2. Patients with autoimmune disorders; 3. Patients with impaired mental status or altered consciousness.
