Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Qualified specimens meeting the required study concentrations, such as residual serum with homocysteine levels within 7.1-11.0 mmol/L, and negative results for infectious markers including hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), HIV antibody, syphilis antibody, and hepatitis C antibody (anti-HCV).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The sample does not meet the requirements for sample collection and preservation; (2) It was found that the sample had been contaminated during the preservation process before the test operation; (3) Repeated sample enrollment; (4) The sample volume is insufficient to meet the detection requirements of the system to be evaluated and the comparative mass spectrometry method. (5) Other reasons that the researcher deems unsuitable for enrollment; (6) Any one of the above exclusion criteria can be met for exclusion.
