Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female volunteers aged 18-60 years. Women of normal childbearing age: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 18-40 years; 2.Regular menstruation; 3.Possessing certain communication skills; 4.Understanding and signing the relevant informed consent; Women of older childbearing age: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Regular menstruation; 3.Possessing certain communication skills; 4.Understanding and signing the relevant informed consent. Women in perimenopause: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Menstrual disorders; Menstrual irregularities, with a variation of >=7 days in the length of two consecutive menstrual cycles in 10 months, or amenorrhea 7 points or any single score >=2 points; 4.Serological hormone level: FSH >=30 IU/L; 5.Have certain communication skills; 6.Understand and sign the relevant informed consent. Menopausal women: 1.Female, regardless of race, aged 40-60 years; 2.Amenorrhea for more than 12 months; 3.Kupperman score > 7 points or any single score >= 2 points; 4.Serological hormone level: FSH >=30 IU/L; 5.Have certain communication skills; 6.Understand and sign the relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known or suspected breast cancer, known or suspected sex hormone-dependent malignant tumors, blood diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or thrombophlebitis; 2.Patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, hypertensive crisis, and other serious underlying diseases; 3.Patients with a history of gonad-related endocrine diseases; 4.Patients with a history of mental illness; 5.Patients who have taken estrogen and estrogen-like supplements in the past three months; 6.Patients with other conditions that the physician in charge of the clinical study deems unsuitable for participation in the study.
