Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with upper extremity fractures who are scheduled to undergo postoperative analgesia with a single interscalene brachial plexus block 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I–III 3.Age >= 18 years old and <= 75 years old 4.18.5<=BMI<=30kg/m^2 5.Able to understand the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NRS) and give feedback.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hematological diseases or abnormal coagulation function 2. Previous peripheral nerve and muscle lesions 3.Infection at the puncture site 4. Allergy to the trial drug or local anesthetics 5. Long-term use of glucocorticoids and a2 adrenergic receptor agonists 6. Sinus bradycardia (heart rate <45 beats/min), grade II or III atrioventricular block, NYHA cardiac function class III or IV 7. Cognitive impairment 8. Nerve block failure and NRS score = 4 points in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
