Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone tracheostomy; 3. Patients or their families sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<18 years old; 2. Severe heart disease, advanced cancer, etc.; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Abnormal anatomical structure of the neck, such as tumors, trauma, severe scars, etc., resulting in unclear anatomical structure; 5. Combined with serious infectious diseases such as active tuberculosis; 6. Have participated in other interventional studies; 7. Unable to obtain informed consent from the patient or his or her family for various reasons.
