Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The first-grade children from two primary schools in Dalian were selected. 2.The research subjects and their parents were able to actively support and cooperate with the investigation work;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with major mental disorders and eye diseases who are unable to cooperate with the eye examination are excluded. 2. Students who cannot cooperate with long-term follow-up;
