Interventions

Conventional drug therapy group:Apply equal volume hydrogel evenly to the facial wound and keep quiet at room temperature and away from light for 30 minutes. The medication schedule is 7 days, adminis
hUC-MSC group:Take 1ml of stem cell suspension at a constant temperature water tank of about (5~7)X10^7/ml to reheat to 37°C, mix 1:2 in homemade hydrogel, apply evenly to the facial wound, and leave

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. Acute wounds caused by carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment, including but not limited to skin wounds after skin abrasion treatment, with an area of >=3*3cm^2; 3. The female is not pregnant or lactating; 4. No hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, syphilis and other blood infectious diseases after laboratory examination; 5. Not undergoing systematic drug treatment or more than 3 months since the last drug treatment; 6. Patients who agree to sign the informed consent form, are willing to cooperate and agree to be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of keloids; 2. The wound is huge or severely damaged; 3. Have other serious systemic diseases; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Blood infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, syphilis and other blood infectious diseases after laboratory examination; 6. Recent treatment with systematic drugs, occlusion, laser, etc.
