Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Basic conditions: (1) age 18-75 years old, both sexes; (2) patients after hepatectomy; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis-3.0: postoperative infection caused sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score >=2. 2. Confirmation of sepsis: (1) positive blood culture or pathogen detection of infection site; (2) The inflammatory markers met at least two of the following: body temperature > 38.3? or 12× ?/L or 2 times of normal value; Procalcitonin (PCT) > 0.5 ng/mL 3. Ethical requirements: informed consent was obtained from patients or their legal representatives
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Interference of underlying diseases: (1) combined with metastatic tumors; (2) congenital immunodeficiency, HIV infection or long-term use of immunosuppressive agents; (3) severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C or creatinine clearance < 30 mL/min) 2. Treatment interference factors: (1) systemic antibiotic treatment or probiotic intervention within 7 days before enrollment; (2) Participating in other clinical trials 3. Special population: pregnant or lactating women
