Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Admitted within 12 hours after trauma, diagnosed with traumatic fracture through X-ray examination and meeting relevant orthopedic diagnostic criteria; (2) American Anesthesiologist Classification (ASA) II-III; (3) Meets the indications for orthopedic surgery; (4) Age >= 18 years old; (5) Informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver, kidney, and nervous system; (2) Combined immunodeficiency or immune related diseases; (3) Patients with poor treatment compliance; (4) Contraindications related to nerve block, such as coagulation dysfunction and local or systemic infections.
