Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA) is II-III; (2) New York Heart Association I-II; (3) Diagnosed as a child with biliary atresia, ensure that preoperative coagulation function is not affected by other reasons (4) There were no significant abnormalities in heart, lung, or brain function before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Second liver transplant; (2) Preoperative complications of heart, lung, kidney, and brain failure; (3) Preoperative complications such as congenital heart disease and other congenital diseases; (4) Patients who use heparin drugs during surgery; (5) Patients who experience serious complications such as arrhythmia and heavy bleeding during surgery.
