Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Subjects = 18 years old, regardless of gender 2: Unilateral upper ureteral stones or kidney stones with a diameter of less than 2.0cm, or the cumulative maximum diameter of multiple stones is less than 2.0cm, and the diagnosis is clear by CT imaging examination 3: No urinary system tumors or urinary system developmental malformations 4: Understand and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Pregnant or lactating women 2: Patients undergoing bilateral surgery 3: Patients with pre-placed ureteral stent or nephrostomy tube 4: Preoperative active infection, severe hydronephrosis, and renal insufficiency 5: CT showed incarcerated stones (ureteral wall thickness >3.5 mm) [19] or intraoperative ureteroscopy with incarcerated stones (the stones were embedded in granulation tissue and the probe could not be pushed; local mucosal pallor necrosis or active bleeding) 6: Patients with isolated kidneys 7: Abnormal blood coagulation and severe cardiovascular and cerebrolung diseases 8: Intraoperative ureteroscopy for ureteral stricture 9: After the completion of intraoperative lithotripsy, the negative pressure sheath microscopy can be used to observe the grade of ureteral injury (PULS) > 1 and the stone residue = 2 mm
