Interventions

Experimental group :When the patient is discharged, personalized nutritional guidance will be provided for the patient after discharge.And regular follow-ups will be conducted to adjust the plan. acco
Control group:When the patient is discharged, provide traditional nutritional guidance after discharge and conduct regular follow-ups.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The gastric cancer patient was discharged smoothly following laparoscopic radical distal gastrectomy with Billroth I-ART anastomosis. 2.NRS2002 score >= 3. 3.No other surgeries were performed simultaneously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to take food orally or receive alternative nutrition support. 2.Pregnancy or age under 18 years (minor). 3.Any contraindications to nutritional therapy, such as:Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine concentration >265.2 µmol/L, hemodialysis, or both), or Cardiac dysfunction (NYHA class >III, history of stroke), Severe impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes mellitus. 4.Presence of cognitive impairment or exercise contraindications. 5.Withdrawal from the study.
