Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and above who have undergone rebleeding after cerebral ischemia or brain tumor surgery; 2. The specimens were obtained between December 2021 and May 2025; 3. There are complete pathological specimens available for research and analysis; 4. It has a clear clinical diagnosis and complete medical records; 5. The preservation conditions of surgical specimens meet the requirements of molecular biology research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The quality of surgical specimens is poor or they are improperly preserved, making them unsuitable for molecular biological analysis; 2. The clinical data is incomplete and cannot provide sufficient background information on the disease; 3. The patient clearly expressed his disagreement with the use of his surgical specimens for research purposes; 4. Surgical specimens from pregnant women or minors; 5. Combined with other systemic diseases that may significantly affect the inflammatory state of brain tissue (such as autoimmune diseases); 6. Having received drug treatment that may significantly affect the phenotype of neuronal cells before the surgery;
