Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), also known as autism or autistic disorder, is one of the most common neurodevelopmental differences in childhood. It is primarily characterized by social interaction and communication difficulties, repetitive and stereotyped behaviors, restricted interests, and limited activities.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants at high risk for ASD: Have an older sibling who has a diagnosis of autism, Asperger's syndrome, non-specific pervasive developmental disorder according to DSM-IV, or a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder according to DSM-V. or have a family history of ASD. Enrollment age: 9 months to 12 months of age. Families who meet the above requirements and are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet the following criteria will be excluded: brain injury, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc.; Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, fragile X syndrome, special language development disorders, severe metabolic diseases, etc. are excluded.
