Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of hematological diseases and the conditions for follow-up after transplantation; 2.Diagnosis of cGVHD by an outpatient physician during follow-up (diagnosis of cGVHD is mainly based on clinical signs, with reference to the diagnostic signs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) consensus); 3.Self-reported presence of active cGVHD symptoms; 4.Follow-up age >= 16 years old, with basic literacy and comprehension skills; 5.Cooperate with follow-up personnel to voluntarily participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of psychiatric illness, experiencing a serious life event, or insomnia before and after transplantation; 2.Non-exclusionary complications such as severe infection, poor implantation, and secondary tumors occurred during the investigation; 3.Recurrent hematologic disorders that do not achieve complete remission after induction therapy; 4.Transplant-related information records are insufficient or cannot be obtained from transplant case data from other hospitals;
