18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; 2. Confirmation of cerebral hemisphere infarction lesions via CT or MRI imaging; 3. Being a first-time, unilateral onset or having a history of previous attacks without residual neurological deficits; 4. The patient's course of disease being 1–12 months after onset, with an age range of 18–75 years; 5. Stable vital signs, no cognitive impairment, clear consciousness, cooperation in treatment, and good compliance; 6. A Berg score of >=21 points; 7. Agreement to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 2. Cerebral infarction lesions located in the cerebellum; 3. Concurrent use of antidepressant medications and inability to tolerate discontinuation of existing antidepressants; 4. Severe cognitive or communication disorders that preclude cooperation; 5. Unhealed joint dislocation or fracture; 6. History of fracture or joint replacement surgery within the past 3 months.
