Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Qualitative research Inclusion criteria: age >= 18 years old; can accept the topic of life and death education; informed consent, voluntary with this study. 2. Interventional study Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with head and neck tumors by pathological histology; age >= 18 years old; able to complete the intervention content independently; patients know their diagnosis; able to accept the topic of life and death; informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. qualitative research Exclusion criteria: people with mental disorders, dementia and cognitive disorders; people who do not want to participate in the study. 2. intervention study Exclusion criteria: patients with other serious diseases; delirium or with mental disorder or uncooperative; language, hearing and comprehension disabilities; patients who are participating in similar interventions.
