60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cross-sectional survey: ? Initially diagnosed with liver cancer; ? Age = 60 years, scheduled for elective surgical treatment; ? Clear consciousness, with normal reading, comprehension, and expression abilities; ? Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study. Intervention section: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Scheduled for liver resection surgery; 3. Fried frailty phenotype assessment score = 3; 4. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cross-sectional survey: 1. Patients with hypothyroidism complicated by Parkinson's disease, stroke, or other conditions, as well as those exhibiting frailty-like symptoms due to medication use; 2. Presence of cognitive impairment or mental disorders. Intervention section: 1. Patients unable to perform self-care; 2. Presence of cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 3. Preoperative waiting period < 14 days.
