18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for prediabetes in Chinese adults; 3. Be conscious, capable of completing the questionnaire and engaging in verbal communication; 4. Be able to use and own an electronic device with internet access; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy or lactation; 2. Suffering from mental illness, cognitive impairment, and other serious physical diseases; 3. Currently participating in or having participated in a diabetes prevention program within the past six months.
