18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~65 years old; 2. ASA Level I-III; 3. BMI >= 28.0kg/m^2; 4. Patients who require painless gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous nasal surgery, nasal deformity, intranasal tissue hyperplasia, and habitual epistaxis; 2. Critically ill patients with pulse oximetry (SpO2) less than 90%; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. History of severe cardiovascular lung, liver and kidney diseases and neurological diseases; 5. Those who are allergic to narcotics.
