Fluid overload

Interventions

Control group:Increase myocardial contractility, increase organ perfusion pressure, increase the dosage of diuretics and other routine treatments.
Test group(rhBNP group):Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide+increase myocardial contractility, increase organ perfusion pressure and so on.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative adult patients after cardiac surgery (age >= 18 years); 2. Fluid overload; 3. Diuretic resistance; 4. Willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CKD patients undergoing regular dialysis treatment; 2. Postoperative use of CRRT; 3. Allergic to the drugs involved in this study; 4. Patients with corrected systolic blood pressure still < 90 mmHg after vasopressor treatment;
