Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for general anesthesia surgery on the lumbar spine 2.Age range: 60 - 80 years old 3.ASA Grade I-III 4.BMI range:18.5-30kg/m^2 5.Preoperative MMSE score >= 24 points 6.Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, brain and lungs 2.Allergic to benzodiazepines 3.History of alcohol or drug dependence 4.History of myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia or other mental disorders 5.Severe visual and auditory impairments affect communication
