Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria (1) Age at least 50 years old, gender not limited; (2) Diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment (MCI) caused by Alzheimer's disease (AD) or Alzheimer's disease(AD); (3) Informed consent and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Dementia not caused by Alzheimer's disease (such as vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, etc.); (2) Patients weighing less than 50kg; (3) Combining a history of severe mental illness or epilepsy; (4) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST>3x upper limit, creatinine clearance rate<30 mL/min); (5) Known to be allergic to Lismedetomidine or patch ingredients. (6) Researchers believe that participants who are not suitable to participate in the study
