Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Accept percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy; 2.Be able to communicate with normal language; 3.Age = 18 years old; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pain caused by surgical complications; 2.Patients with malignant tumors; 3.Patients with hemorrhagic diseases; 4.History of open surgery; 5.Cognitive impairment or inability to communicate normally; 6.There are serious concomitant diseases; 7.Incomplete clinical data or missing follow-up data;
