Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years; 2. Residence in Shenzhen >= 6 months; 3. Conscious state with preserved verbal expression and reading comprehension abilities, and no communication barriers with investigators; 4. Eligible study participants who have provided signed written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with self-reported heart failure, myocardial infarction, or after percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting;
