Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 20-60 years, who are informed and consent to the treatment, and willing to cooperate with the treatment, will sign the informed consent form. 2.The patient is in good health, has no systemic diseases, and denies a history of drug allergies. 3.The affected tooth is a single-rooted canal tooth, with the maximum diameter of the periapical radiolucent lesion being less than 10mm. 4.The affected teeth are permanent teeth without cracks, with good periodontal status, probing depth (PD) < 4mm, tooth mobility<= grade ?, and alveolar bone resorption <= 1/2. 5.The patient has a normal mouth opening and is able to cooperate with and tolerate the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, or those with factors like dental fear, severe gag reflex, excessively small mouth opening, and poor compliance, who are unable to cooperate with the completion of treatment or follow-up visits. 2.The probing depth of the affected tooth is = 4mm, or the tooth mobility is >= grade ?. 3.analgesic or antibiotics are used before treatment.
