Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participate; 2. Participants who have undergone vitrectomy combined with silicone oil or gas filling surgery, follow medical advice, and are able to cooperate with the face-down position; 3. Participants who are over 18 years of age; 4. Participants with no history of vitrectomy surgery; 5. Participants who are conscious, able to independently identify discomfort, and able to cooperate and communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of systemic musculoskeletal disorders, including spinal or musculoskeletal conditions such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis, or shoulder periarthritis; 2. Patients with prolonged bed rest or impaired mobility, such as those with Parkinson's disease or post-stroke sequelae; 3. Patients who have been on long-term use of analgesic or anti-inflammatory medications prior to surgery.
