Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 years old; (2) Can move independently without other motor system diseases or diseases affecting physical activity. (3) With certain reading comprehension ability, normal communication, and no cognitive impairment. (4) He was not currently taking antidepressants (see Appendix 3 for antidepressants). (5) Use of GLP-1 RA drugs within half a year; (6) SARC-F =34cm, female >=33cm. (8) Grip strength: male >=28 kg, female>=18 kg. (9) Free thyroxine (FT4) within the normal range or without a history of thyroid dysfunction (hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism). (10) Voluntarily cooperate with the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to accept regular follow-up. (2) Difficulties with self-injection of Semaglutide. (3) Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM), gestational diabetes, diabetes complicated with pregnancy, or other special types of diabetes. (4) Pregnant or planning pregnancy within one year. (5) Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment, with an expected lifespan of less than one year. (6) End-stage renal disease, on dialysis, or requiring renal replacement therapy. (7) History of pancreatitis or current presence of acute or chronic pancreatitis. (8) Family history or personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 or medullary thyroid carcinoma. (9) Use of GLP-1 receptor agonists within the past six months. (10) People with history of dementia, psychiatric diseases or physical impairment.
