Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) as per the *Osteoarthritis Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition)*, with confirmation by a clinical physician; 3. Undergoing first-time unilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA); 4. Clinically stable with satisfactory mental status; 5. Provides informed consent and voluntarily participates in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal dysfunction or other malignant diseases; 2. Individuals with communication barriers (linguistic or psychiatric) or inability to comply with project-specified coaching frequency/methods; 3. Postoperative complications (e.g., infection, deep vein thrombosis [DVT]); 4. Poor preoperative ambulatory status (non-ambulatory patients);
