Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for AD patients: 1. Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Patients fully understand the content of this project and agree to participate. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls: 1. No history of atopic dermatitis and other chronic skin diseases (such as psoriasis, eczema, etc.), and no current skin inflammation or infection; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. No autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases (such as asthma, allergic rhinitis) and systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease); 4. No immunosuppressive therapy (such as hormones, biological agents, etc.) in the past 3 months; 5. Fully understand the content of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for AD patients: 1. Patients with other serious skin diseases, serious infections, systemic diseases, or receiving immunosuppressive therapy; 2. Individuals cannot understand or agree to participate in this project; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; Healthy Control Exclusion Criteria: 1. Have a personal or family history of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and other skin diseases (first-degree relatives); 2. Combined with acute and chronic infection, malignant tumor, abnormal immune function or severe organ dysfunction; 3. Received systemic drug therapy (such as hormones, immunosuppressants) or topical anti-inflammatory drugs (such as hormone ointment) in the past 1 month; 4. Participating in other clinical trials or receiving biologics in the past 3 months; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Mental disorders, cognitive deficits, or language communication disorders, unable to cooperate with research; 7. Recent (within 1 month) vaccination history or planning to be vaccinated during the study period; 8. Other factors that may interfere with the results of the study (such as alcoholism, drug abuse) judged by the investigator.
