Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old; 2. Underwent cardiac surgery with extracorporeal circulation support; 3. The preoperative and postoperative complete blood counts are intact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate <60 mL/min/1.73 m²); 2. Undergoing dialysis treatment before surgery; 3. Use of nephrotoxic drugs during the perioperative period; 4. Lack of key clinical data (such as preoperative complete blood count, postoperative complete blood count, or renal function parameters).
