18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. CT or MRI examination meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 version of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation, and undergoes endoscopic spinal disc herniation pulposus removal for the first time; 3. Tampa scale of kinesiophobia (TSK) >37 points; 4. Postoperative vital signs are stable and conscious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other multiple fractures, tumors, tuberculosis and other diseases; 2. Coexisting serious diseases of important organs such as heart, brain, liver, and kidney; 3. Suffering from mental illness and severe cognitive impairment; 4. Serious complications such as venous thrombosis, incision infection in the surgical area, and cerebrospinal fluid leakage after surgery.
