Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective VATS; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade, I-III; 3.Be over 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Had a VAST history; 2.Preoperative fever (body temperature >37.3?); 3.Mental disorder or inability to cooperate; 4.Mental disorder or inability to cooperate; 5.Presence of altered metabolic status (e.g., combined thyroid or adrenal disease); 6.Patients with damaged external auditory canals, external auditory inflammation (such as acute or chronic external auditory canal inflammation), excessive secretions from the ear canal, ear canal infections, ear canal deformities or postoperative sequelae;
