Intervention Group:Tube placement using the novel suture traction technique
Control Group:Underwent tube placement using the conventional hemoclip traction technique.

2 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are indicated for endoscopic fecal microbiota transplantation tube placement; 2. aged 2-65 years; 3. willing to participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergies to any components related to fecal microbiota transplantation; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or those requiring continuous anticoagulant therapy that cannot be temporarily discontinued; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with contraindications to colonoscopy; 5. Patients participating in other clinical trials that may confound the results of this study.
