Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Daily tooth brushing frequency is once a day; 2.periodontal health or only mild gingivitis (gingival bleeding index < 30%); 3.at least 20 natural teeth remaining in the mouth; 4.no antibiotic treatment or periodontal treatment received in the last 6 months; 5.voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 6.age 18 - 45 years; 7.gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, tumor diseases, etc.); 2.pregnant or lactating women; 3.those who did not follow the required tooth-brushing frequency during the follow-up period; 4.those who received oral disease-related treatments or used antibiotics during the follow-up period; 5.those who participated in other clinical trials simultaneously, did not cooperate with the research requirements or dropped out halfway.
