Femoral nerve block group:Under ultrasound guidance, 20ml of 0.25% ropivacaine was injected into the femoral nerve peripherally in the plane
Control group:No femoral nerve block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III 2. Proposed knee joint surgery 3. Age 18-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an infection in the operating area 2. Allergy to local anesthetics 3. coagulation dysfunction 4.With comorbid hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, or other diseases that affect basal metabolism
