65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >=65 years, regardless of gender; 2. Non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASA classification I~III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia, Alzheimer's disease) or a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <24 prior to surgery; 2. Patients currently participating in or planning to participate in any interventional clinical trials; 3. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study for any other reason; 4. Patient data without signed informed consent will not be included and will be excluded from the database.
