Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications and indications: lumbar disc herniation, ?° and ?° spondylolisthesis, non bony and space occupying mild to moderate lumbar spinal stenosis; 2. Ube-tlif surgery was performed for the first time; 3. The clinical data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Follow up time <= 18 months; 2. Lumbar fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, tumor, tuberculosis and other non lumbar degenerative diseases; 3. Combined with spinal deformity, inflammation, chronic pain and other parts of the thoracic and cervical spine dysfunction; 4. Complicated with heart disease, uremia, severe osteoporosis and other serious diseases; 5. Recurrence of lumbar disc herniation; 6. Severe lumbar spondylolisthesis.
