Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years old; 2. The subjects can cooperate with the collection of experimental specimens and return for regular follow-up visits. 3. After being fully informed, the subjects voluntarily signed the subject consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects suffer from severe cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, heart failure), liver/kidney failure, and cancer; 2. The subject has continuously (continuously used for five days or more) consumed probiotic-related products (probiotic powder, yogurt, yogurt or other fermented foods) within the past two weeks. 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials and are currently using the investigational drug within the past two weeks; 4. Other individuals who are assessed by a physician as unsuitable for the trial.
