Afentanil group (group A): At 5 min before the end of operation, Group A was injected with 10 ug/kg alfentanil intravenously,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo closed reduction of lower limb fractures under general anesthesia electively 2. ASAI.~III. grade, age 18~70 years old, BMI 18~28kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery 2. Concomitant sleep apnea syndrome 3. Chronic use of opioids, chronic use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or use of opioids within 48 hours before surgery 4. Use of other drugs that affect opioids (antiepileptics, antidepressants, antipsychotics, etc.)
