Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with gallbladder polypoid lesions or gallbladder cancer by imaging before surgery and requiring surgical treatment; 2.Patients who have been pathologically diagnosed with gallbladder cholesterol polyps, gallbladder adenomyosis, gallbladder adenomas, or gallbladder cancer after surgery; 3.Age between 18 and 75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other tumors or undergoing anti-tumor treatment for one's own tumor; 2.Combined with severe systemic diseases or metabolic diseases such as AIDS, systemic lupus erythematosus, metabolic liver diseases, etc; 3.Antibiotics, probiotics and hormone drugs have been used for treatment within the past month; 4.Postoperative pathology confirmed the concurrent presence of gallbladder stones or other types of PLG; 5.Pregnant or lactating patients; 6.Patients with systemic infection or severe local infection.
