Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction, undergo emergency PCI treatment, and collect specimens before, during, and after the procedure for TIMI classification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been ill for more than 48 hours, have severe liver and kidney dysfunction, comorbidities such as malignant tumors, or contraindications to anticoagulation
