60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 60 years old, with good communication skills; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2021 ESC Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Acute and Chronic Heart Failure and are primarily diagnosed with heart failure according to the Quality Standards for Filling in Data on the First Page of Inpatient Medical Records; 3. Classification of cardiac function: Grade I-III. 4. Informed consent and active cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung and kidney dysfunction; 2. Currently or before retirement, engaged in healthcare related work.
