Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Select primiparous women who are full-term pregnant and have vaginal delivery in our hospital, aged 20-45 years, with a pregnancy period of >= 37 weeks, single head position, ASA grade I-II, regular uterine contractions, and voluntarily choose epidural delivery analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Abnormal coagulation function, history of spinal canal malformation and lumbar trauma, history of mental illness, multiple pregnancies, pregnancy complications, suspected head and pelvic asymmetry.
