Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathology confirmed as breast cancer, immunohistochemistry confirmed hormone receptor positive; 2. Postoperative pathological stage is stage I., II., III.a; 3. Age <=75 years old, normal liver and kidney function; 4. Surgery and/or adjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy have been completed; 5. Patients treated with aromatase inhibitors after surgery; 6. Naturally postmenopausal or have undergone surgical OFS drug castration; 7. Complete clinical pathology and follow-up data, and informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced breast cancer with distant metastasis; 2. Long-term glucocorticoid therapy; 3. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Other diseases affecting bone metabolism; 5. Patients who have recently undergone dental surgery.
