Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III. 2. Age 50~80 years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18~28kg/m^2; 4. No history of mental or neurological diseases, no history of alcohol or drug abuse, no history of long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs; 5. Preoperative tumor is clear that there is no brain metastasis; 6. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to cooperate with the test before or after surgery; 2. Those who have severe heart and lung system diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency before surgery, or heart, liver and kidney insufficiency after surgery; 3. Those with severe neurological dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction and mental illness before admission; 4. Those who have difficulty in language communication or cannot understand the content of the study; 5. Those who have a history of traumatic brain injury, cerebral infarction, tumor, nerve demyelination, alcoholism and drug abuse, and a history of taking psychoactive drugs in the past 3 months; 6. Contraindications to MRI scanning (vertigo, claustrophobia, etc.); 7. Serious adverse events during surgery.
