Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the exposure group: (1) Age 60~90 years old (including upper and lower limits); (2) Implant denture restoration is required, and this implant is a local anesthetic surgery; (3) Diagnosed with hypertension, and the standard treatment time >=3 months, the average blood pressure in the two clinics was < 160/100mmHg; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study, cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form; 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Age 60~90 years old (including upper and lower limits); (2) Implant denture restoration is required, and this implant is a local anesthetic surgery; (3) no hypertension; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study, cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious oral abscesses, precancerous lesions, fungal infections and wisdom tooth pericoronitis in the whole mouth; 2. Blood pressure on the day of surgery >=180/110mmHg or <90/60mmHg; 3. Patients with myocardial infarction or heart failure within 6 months; 4. Patients with cerebrovascular accident, syncope or unstable angina within 3 months; 5. Coagulation dysfunction, thrombocytopenia, hemophilia or significant anemia; 6. Patients with diabetes and renal hypertension; 7. History of intravenous bisphosphonate use; 8. Those who use immunosuppressants; 9. Malignant tumors have not been treated standardly, or less than 5 years after standardized treatment; 10. Diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, syphilis and hepatitis B, without standardized treatment and control; 11. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (dementia), schizophrenia, and severe depression.
