18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-85 years old; 2.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score>=6; 3.Onset time: Within 24 hours after the onset of the disease, or for those whose National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was =6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 85 years old; 2.There are contraindications to using antiplatelet drugs in patients with hemorrhagic disorders; 3.The patient suffers from severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction; 4.The platelet count is lower than 100 × 10^9/L; 5.ASPECTS6; 6.The patient has an allergy to iodine contrast agents; 7.The patient has hyperthyroidism; 8.The patient has abnormal blood coagulation function; 9.The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score is more than 2 points; 10.The patient has a history of malignant tumors.
